How it works
1. We start with alignment
You complete a short but thorough intake so I can understand your offer, audience, goals, and where you feel the gaps are. We meet for a kickoff call to clarify priorities and outline the questions we need this project to answer. This call sets the direction for all research, interviews, and website review.
2. I review your current communication and website behaviour
I analyse your messaging, value proposition, and homepage experience. This includes reviewing your copy, structure, flow, trust signals, and UX patterns, plus a behavioural audit based on recordings and heatmaps. You get a clear picture of what supports your story, what confuses visitors, and where friction slows down understanding or conversion.
3. We expand the competitive landscape
I review four direct competitors to understand how they frame their offer, how they differentiate, and what they emphasise. This gives us a realistic view of the category and helps identify opportunities to communicate more clearly and confidently.
4. We collect real-world insight
We run three customer or team interviews (or a survey) to verify what people actually understand, value, distrust, or need from your brand. These insights shape your messages, eliminate guesswork, and expose gaps your website currently doesn’t address. After each interview, I send you a quick summary so we stay aligned as patterns emerge.
5. I build your refined messaging plan
Based on the audit, interviews, and competitive review, I strengthen your positioning, sharpen your value messaging, and tighten your differentiators. This becomes a clear, ready-to-use framework your team can apply across website sections, product pages, sales collateral, and internal communication.
6. We apply it to your homepage
I prepare a practical improvement plan that covers structure, copy flow, UX priorities, messaging hierarchy, trust signals, and clarity gaps. You get a concrete action list that shows exactly what to adjust, add, or remove.
